Prefabricated MagniRoc™ FR Panels: architectural-grade, wood-framed panels

• Thicknesses: 1 in. and 1 ¼ in.
• Edge conditions: Square, radius or beveled
• Frame: FR wood, rabbeted square edges and optional tackable and/or radius edge conditions
• Infill choices:
    Fiberglass (acoustical)
    Mineral-core board (tackable, tackable/acoustical)
    Plywood (tackable)
• Installation: “Z” clips, Velcro®, magnets, or direct mounting
• Fabric application: Stretched, basted, and upholstered

• Test results—ASTM E84, Class A:
    Flame spread: 0
    Smoke development value: 40 (Tests performed by U.S. Testing Co., Inc.,     with Guilford acoustically transparent panel cloth; independent test report     available upon request.)

Flame-spread and smoke development values vary with different fabric, frame, and infill. If non-FR infill components or fabrics are specified, the assembly rating will change accordingly.

Note: Fabric selection affects flame-spread and smoke-development performances.

One-year warranty
Stretched panels will remain dimensionally stable and not sag or distort due to normal variances of temperature and/or humidity for one year from the date of substantial completion, provided that mechanical systems remain in proper working order.

The warranty is in effect provided that sufficient time has been allowed during installations for on-site fabric curing. And fabrics will be guaranteed to be installed with the grain, patterns, and seams level, plumb, and true.
